Peter Melville has a long and extensive involvement in providing information to the building, construction and commercial property markets. He was formerly managing director of Glenigan and also headed up The Thomson Corporation's construction information and publishing companies in the UK, Scandinavia and Asia Pacific. He was also a director of Property Intelligence PLC responsible for its research operation and the joint venture with The Builder Group. Peter has also been a consultant with a number of clients developing their information, product and digital strategies in the building industry. Steve Bryant is a highly accomplished property and construction market researcher with a professional grounding as a Town Planner. He has headed up some of the most influential UK research companies in this market including Emap Glenigan and Applied Property Research. His private sector experience also includes roles with other information and property companies, notably The Thomson Corporation and Rosehaugh plc, and independent research commissions for major international property players. His experience also covers the public sector in which he worked as a town planner in the early days of his career. |
